In addition to working in fast growth companies Richard has been an industrial engineer and has overseen business development for a private equity rm. Richard was the first MBA/non-industry executive to participate in Pepsi Restaurants Advanced Operations Management Program. His success lead to a rollout of a nationwide program. Richard received his Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and both a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in African & African-Am. Studies from Stanford University.
Prior to purchasing his first turn around Jon had experience as an investment banker specializing in financial services for six years and as a Certified Public Accountant to middle market companies for four years. Jon received his Masters of Public Administration from The School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Music and Business from The School of Music at Indiana University.

experience with middle market companies. He
has managed and been a senior manager of
multiple fast growth companies in consumer
products and services (e.g. sales growth from
startup to $55 million, and from $2 to $40
million). He specializes in building hands-on
sales relationships for fast growth and building
operations infrastructure to maximize
company resource and support expansion.

Jon Moldafsky, CPA has been a
successful entrepreneur for over fifteen years.
He has owned, managed, and turned around
seven middle market companies (with sales
ranging from $3 million to $20 million) in
consumer products and services. He specializes
in quick changes to operations and
finance in order to achieve maximum
pro tability, followed by extensive training and
support of company personnel to insure
continued success. He consistently employs
incentive based compensation and employee equity to align management
interests.
